Register for In-Person DE Classes

When filling out your Email registration please note the following:

Please include your full name, D.O.B, home address, phone number, and permit#: (if applicable). Please make sure to include your desired course and course date, to see the available courses and dates click here.  Must be at least 15 and 9 months old at the start of class to register.  

• REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CLASS DATES, USE THE START DATE OF DE CLASS or PARENT CLASS FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE.
• If the student has no permit please put Zeros (ex. 0000) or state "no Permit".
• For course selection, please specify the 1 week course, 2 weeks course, or Parent Class.
• For the course date please include the class start date only. (Please do not use any other dates.) 
• Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS  (during business hours) for a response from us with further instructions.   
• Please Note: We can not guarantee a spot if you register within 5 business days before the start of a course/class date.
